Doubleme

i registered for a tournament 12.30 lunch time. the client took £11 from my bank roll but then the site crashed and i literally did not get to play a single hand and refreshed constantly only to get that the site was down constantly past the 1pm mark where the tournament was then over.

is there a process for me to claim a rebate of some kind for this, kind of think it harsh if not.

Im good with either a refund of the £11 or simply a token for £11 tournament as either or puts me back in the spot i was in before the client went down.

I got every winner while the site was down. Just on a Zoom meeting now with my lawyer and a rep from Sky Bet on how much compensation they are paying me. My leccy went down for 15 mins too....so will claim extra for that.

Take a note of the tournament ID, and get in touch with customer services. Be patient though, as I guess they have got a lot of complaints to work through.

The 1:00 has been refunded, the 12:30 not yet...

i contacted support yesterday and they refunded my £11 buyin so no complaints.

I have managed to put some (losing) horse bets on today. Not tried any footy accumulators yet though. Will have a look later when doing my Super Six.

sorted cleared my history etc all up and running again ffs it will cost me a fortune now lol.

Actually, the football side of things looks like it is down today. Will have to use other sites today. Not a good performance by Sky this.
