With the latest horse racing being 3.15pm or thereabouts, we are going to switch to football today & take in the EFL Cup Quarter Final between Brentford & Newcastle United.
The Bees are having another good season in the Champo, sitting 4th thanks to plenty of goals from ex-Newcastle striker Ivan Toney.
Newcastle meanwhile sit 12th in the Premier League, so not a huge gulf in class here.
Brentford v Newcastle @ 5.30pm;
