Best of the day was ROGER with MOLLY OLLYS WISHES 9/2 AND ROYAL PIGAILLE 9/2 which TERRY also got. However he couldnt catch runaway Festival winner ANDY.
Well 2020 might have been cr ap but our tournament certainly wasnt with different leaders early on until ALAN and WYNNE opened up a gap on us. It was ALAN who kept his nerve and comfortably held onto a lead for a number of months . CONGRATULATIONS MATE!!!! WYNNE kept second on sheer number of winners 134 and although he was heading back to the pack late n we couldnt catch him. ROGER was thereabouts in 3rd most of the later stages and perhas it was only fair that the last day saw him climb back upto that place thwarting late charges from TERRY and ANDY. Despite finishing 6th GRAHAM scored the second highest number of winners and ERIC was the strongest man.
SO all in all a lovely napping year and hopefully we will be back next year. Only Graham has said it will be difficult for him to continue although he will help out with sheets etc in the future. Dont know what we would do without him.
I did a post asking for new entrants but to date havent received any takers, if you know anybody who could be interested give them a push in my direction.
We usually start with the CHELTENHAM Festival but all of you said you would be interested in an earlier start with an entry fee. I will have a think and contact you all in the new year on how we go.
MANY THANKS FOR TAKING PART , IT KEEPS ME GOING DOING THE ADMIN ESPECIALLY IN THESE DARK TIMES.
Well done Alan (enjoy it as this might be the only thing Stoke wins this season lol). Thank you Terry for running this and Graham for dealing with the sheets. Looking forward to next years renewal

HAVE A GREAT 2021, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
TERRY
A big thanks to you for running this all year, and Graham's invaluable assistance with the sheets.
Bring on 2021 in more ways than one.
Big thanks to TERRY, for the running the comp, also Graham for the work in the background.
Looking forward to a better year for everyone and another good comp with lots of winners.
Best wishes for the NEW YEAR.
The sheets have been set up for 2021, just the same links as before.
There is a spare row, in case anyone new comes along.
Best of luck to you all, I will follow with interest.
Happy New Year to you all, let's hope 2021 is better for everyone.
Cheers,
G
