To be in the draws you must have opted in and have earned poker points in the usual way. You will earn 1 ticket into the draw for every 10 points accumulated with tickets capped at 10 a day i.e 100 points = max tickets. The most tickets a player can earn in each weekly draw is therefore 70.
Each week we will draw 50 winners who will then be entered into the event. The tournament will start at 6pm on Saturday 30th January so please make sure you are logged in before hand to ensure you do not start blinding down. Players can only be drawn out once during the 4 weeks to ensure we have 200 unique winners.
Having such a small player-pool (in comparison to other sites) it gives most players, regardless of level, a fair chance of winning. To prove it, almost every other draw/raffle type of promotion in the past, there's generally a lot of recognisable names winning. That's what I like about a lot of Sky's promotions.
@Tikay10 Quick question, if I may? I noticed that you are looking for 200 unique winners of seats via this promotion. However, I also noticed that if somebody qualifies via a satellite, then that person will get £220 credited to their account instead. My question is, is the number of seats available then reduced by any satellite winners who also come out of the hat or is it 200 regardless? I wouldn't complain if it was the former as it is still a very generous offer, I'm just curious.

Sorry for the delayed reply, only just noticed this.
I don't really know the answer, so I'll ask the Office to give me a steer. It won't be until after the weekend though - we only have a super small Team & they've had to work right through Xmas, UKOPS & NYE, so I don't really want to trouble them over the weekend.

Not urgent and frankly I wouldn’t actually expect them to ‘pay twice’
Sorry to be of bother. I had a quick look in the terms of this promotion and the poker points page for an answer, but couldn't see any reference other than when cash game points are awarded
Just to confirm, poker points are credited after a tournament finishes, rather than when you get knocked out or initially register? It's what seemed to happen tonight during my session, but I know there is sometimes a short delay in displaying updated points in the lobby, so couldn't tell for certain.
Say for example a player is playing in a turbo DYM approaching midnight, but they get knocked out in 5th place a few minutes before midnight. The tournament however finishes a couple minutes past midnight. In this case and for the purposes of this particular promotion, do the points earned from this tournament count towards the day before or day after midnight.
Please, there is no rush for an answer to this query, so don't go out your way to find an answer if it needs any clarification. I am just more curious than anything.
