Fat Club 2021 Edition

It's that time of year again new fitness regimes and healthier eating.

And what a year we have just been through, here's to a better and healthier 2021!

Will post first weight on Friday and weekly every Friday thereafter.

Like with previous years would be great to see as many involved as possible - let's do this!

    So @LARSON7 , what are your goals / aims for this year?
    Some may think starting a diet, exercise regimen or giving up a habit during a pandemic tough.
    If you flip that line of thought, think how good you will feel , if come the Easter break in three months, you can meet up again with friends and family, looking and feeling so much healthier.
    Good luck to you and anyone else trying to help themselves during these times.

    3rd time lucky then?

    Started last year at 14 8....couldn’t drag myself down to less than 14 3

    Covid=no work, Christmas= lots of great food and drink so 14 12 again!

    Target 14st, which should be attainable.....should...

    Hi Nic,

    Goal is to lose 1-1.5 stone.

    No better time to start healthy eating, it is January afterall :)

    Plus given the current situation nothing better than exercise for staying active + mental health.

    Will you be joining us?

    First month done.

    Week 1: 13:9:8
    Week 2: 13:8:6
    Week 3: 13:7:8
    Week 4: 13:6.6

    Slow and steady wins the race.

    It has been a tad difficult not having access to the gym, but that's been the case for pretty much the best part of the year. Will be good when the weather improves a bit, to get more out door runs.

    If anyone else wants to get involved, the more the merrier!
