It's that time of year again new fitness regimes and healthier eating.
And what a year we have just been through, here's to a better and healthier 2021!

Some may think starting a diet, exercise regimen or giving up a habit during a pandemic tough.
If you flip that line of thought, think how good you will feel , if come the Easter break in three months, you can meet up again with friends and family, looking and feeling so much healthier.
Good luck to you and anyone else trying to help themselves during these times.

Started last year at 14 8....couldn’t drag myself down to less than 14 3

Slow and steady wins the race.
It has been a tad difficult not having access to the gym, but that's been the case for pretty much the best part of the year. Will be good when the weather improves a bit, to get more out door runs.
If anyone else wants to get involved, the more the merrier!
