Both teams sit mid-table, & neither have shown much to be optimistic about. Maybe this local derby will sting one or both into belated action? Certainly hope so, as I have to sit & watch them...

This is the 100th meeting between Blackburn and Preston in the Football League – the sides met in the first ever season in 1888/89 in the top-flight.
