Who won what, Saturday 13th February

Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 171,915

Morning.

Yet another very busy night, they just keep coming. Enjoy them whilst you can, when Lockdown ends - & the sooner that happens the better - traffic levels are bound to decline with something of a jolt.

For now though, the good times just keep rolling in online poker. Sharpy exceeded £13,000 for the 4th straight week, though was down £900 w-o-w. Sheriff made £4,000, as it has every Saturday for the last month.

Traffic may be a little lighter tonight, as it's Valentine's Day, & a lot of the players will need to look after their loved ones. In some cases because they want to, in other cases because they are under the thumb.

£700 7 @ 7 £1,316

£1,000 BH £1,400

£10,000 Sharpshooter £13,260

£3,000 Mini £3,415

£1,500 Mega £2,080

£2,500 Sheriff £4,000

£1,500 Reload £2,286

£2,000 Turbo £2,490

£2,000 Quicky £2,700

A month to the very day after winning the Mini, treaclesm8 took down the 7 @ 7.

    supercrazy was runner-up, the second time he's occupied that spot in 7 @ 7 this year. In fact he's finalled it 5 times in 2021 - 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 5th & 6th.

    £1,000 Bounty Hunter (£1,400)

This went to Thurpan_ & I'm surprised we don't see more of him here as he does really well. He won BWBH in November and the £6,000 BH last month (both for 4 figure sums), as well as a whole bunch of other stuff & FT's galore.

    £10,000 Sharpshooter (£13,260)

Rstinson97 got in via a £7.20 satellite & emerged a few hours later clutching £1,935. Not his first main event win, he won a Gold Rush last year as well as an Avenger Mini.

craigcu12 continues to do well in MTT's, 4th here for £532.

Nitrogen was 5th, after being 6th in BWBH the previous night. He continues with his policy of keeping a low table count, usually just 2 MTT's, & it certainly works for him, as he has a spectacular ROI, admittedly over a limited sample size.

    £3,000 Mini Sharpshooter (£3,415)

We don't see nearly enough of Wacko90, though his opponents may be grateful for that. In 2021 alone, he's now won a Main, a Mini & the Turbo twice.

In 2nd, bert21 enjoyed his best result in some time.

    £1,500 Mega Stack B/Hunter (£2,080)

RobRenzi took the Mega for his best score of the year.

With 2 tables left it looked like it was between steveysee & The Bates, but the wheels came off big time for both of them, stevey slipping to 5th, and The Bates 8th after someone badly bokked him.

    £2,500 Sheriff Bounty Hunter (£4,000)

heddoh took Sheriff, & to keep himself amused played over 50 Turbo DYM's on the side, & in doing so presumably racked up a mountain of points in the Championship leaderboard.

Palace Bloke was 2nd, then ran 3rd in Turbo an hour or so later. Add in what he collected for winning Avenger Main the previous night & that little lot adds up to around £4,000.

    Super_Oli, 2nd in Friday's Mini, was 3rd.

EASYFIX, one of the most long-standing & loyal players on the site, did well to get 5th without taking a single bounty.

    £1,500 Reload Rebuy B/Hunter (£2,286)

Petesir took the competitive Reload, his first significant result since 3rd in Sunday Major last Spring.

Crushy was 2nd, while biggirl took time off churning out DYM's galore to finish 4th.

    £2,000 Turbo Bounty Hunter (£2,490)

StayOrGo took Turbo for the 4th time this year. His 2021 roll of honour now includes a Main, a Mega, 2 Sheriffs, 2 Turbos & 4 Quickdraws. Has anyone won more featured MTT's this year?

    £2,000 Quickdraw (£2,700)

newdaddy is another churning out the wins, he has now won 2 Mains, 2 Turbos & 3 Quickdraws in 2021, as well as two top three finishes in the Sunday Major.

David_J_W, who won the £1k BH two nights earlier, was 2nd, with destinycod, who has gone a little quiet lately, was 3rd. Now I've said that he'll likely win tonight's Sunday Major.

    £1,500 Midnight Express B/Hunter (£2,100)

This went to Bubbles33, of whom I know nothing, though I fancy it's a PB.

Runner-up bronx was 4th in the Turbo an hour or two earlier, & ran 5th in the Mini Major last Sunday.

On Thursday, lolufold could only manage 1 head when winning the Turbo, here he took 11 heads but could only finish 3rd. Funny old game.

    @Bubbles33 315000 1 £293.48 + £118.13 Head Prizes 5

    @bronx 0 2 £179.03 0

Have been running so bad ( and playing bad) I had decided this was going to be my last comp for about 3 months, think the entry left me 9p in my account and decided not to deposit again until around June. Seeing as I only play up to £10 comps looks like i'm
around for a while yet, hoping i've turned a corner

My attempt at three-consecutive Reload FT's was undone by me bluffing my way to a FT bubble.

That was the first time I bluffed my way out a tournament that hour.

Played abysmally. Well done all those who didn't.
