Morning.
MTT traffic is definitely a little on the thin side this week. Main & Mini both barely got over the line, while Mega, Turbo & MidEx all failed to beat guarantee. It was the third straight night MidEx has missed.
We did see a memorable giant-killing act though.

whitters95 was 2nd in this a fortnight ago & got his revenge last night, beating the in-form DUTCHESS62 heads up, with Super Duper Oli in 3rd.
Notice karlluke in 7th, she is having an amazing run in this one. Might have to call it the karlluke Invitational soon. Those who attend SPT's will know karlluke, aka Tina, as a pleasant young lady in her late thirties/early forties.

The Main went to Tspark, who got in via a £7.20 satellite. He's had some nice results down the years including a Mini UKOPS, & that big BH that runs at 7.30pm every Sunday.
3rd was Froozle, with kalin68 4th & EASYFIX, who has been here since the start iirc, in 5th.

Diogenes ran deep in Tuesday's Mini (25/555) then won it last night. That's two decent wins for him this year - Mini & Mega.
In 5th was 68Trebor, who was far from finished on the night as we shall later see.
In 6th was peter27, who is improving with time. I'm actually surprised he had time to play poker last night, as he's a F1 aficionado and there has been a lot of new cars unveiled recently which will have kept him busy. If anyone enjoys a sports bet, he's the best judge of F1 & Formula E racing I know and has been seriously profitable for some years now. £1,500 Mega Stack B/Hunter (£1,500)
This has to be the most meritworthy win of the evening for the well-spoken & exceedingly handsome NOSTRI. I happened to look at the lobby when the final began & he was plum last, with The Bates in 1st place with a stack that was taller than him. Undaunted, our hero - that's @NOSTRI not The Bates, obv - plugged away & despite a few setbacks, & some shocking calls by Bates, @NOSTRI eventually prevailed. One of the best wins I've seen in many a moon. Not content with winning Mega, he also won the notoriously difficult £2 Rebuy at 6.15pm.
For those with short memories, the much-missed MML used to be run with great efficiency & aplomb by @NOSTRI. It did enter my mind that he might consider running it again, & if any of you would like that, post accordingly please.
The only mystery is his nickname, I've absolutely no idea how it arose - Briefcase Walker.

What a FT this was, with the GTO specialists skyflyer & ufud taking 1st & 2nd, from Crushy in 3rd.
Recovering well from being schooled by @NOSTRI in the Mega, The Bates was 5th, with destinycod, who also had a win elsewhere, in 6th.
Just missing the FT was @NChanning.

A tremendous session for 68Trebor, 5th in the 405 runner Mini, then taking down Turbo for around £600. Lovely boost for his well-managed bankroll.
2nd was wolvercat, the same spot he occupied in Tuesday's Quicky.
3rd was destinycod, who did well to hold off Jeni82.

£1,500 Midnight Express B/Hunter (£1,500)
After a 6 week absence, LJ2000 turned up & won MidEx. It's interesting how often that seems to happen, players returning after a break & snap winning their first MTT. Don't tell the conspiracy theorist nutjobs though, they'll think it's like the old cashout curse chestnut.
MP33 finalled this for the 2nd time this year, finishing 4th last time & 2nd last night.
A third FT of the session for The Bates - 5th in Sheriff, 5th here, & of course that @NOSTRI masterclass which ended with 2nd in the Mega. To be fair, no disgrace in losing to The Wizard Of Nos in the Mega.

POTD
We have three good reasons to award this last night.
1) He won Mega.
2) He's a top top bloke.
3) He said if I was nice about him he'd seriously consider re-starting MML.
@NOSTRI
Do you remember the first time?

@NOSTRI is just a lucky luckbox from lucksville.
@waller02 did most of the work in the MML League.
