Afternoon.
MTT traffic was so-so last night, but probably pretty good considering half the nation were tuned in to the World Cup Qualifiers between Gibraltar & Norway, as well as the titanic Latvia Montenegro clash, a must-watch game if ever I saw one.
After watching those, everything is bound to be an anti-climax, but we must press on.

7 at 7 Bounty Hunter (£1,407)
KLL-y registered his third featured MTT win in 5 nights - 7 @ 7, Quickdraw & MidEx. As well as playing all the usual MTT's, he played over 30 Turbo DYM's. He must love his poker.
5th was the dour Scot PKRPar. His game really seems to be on the up. His March CV includes 1st & 2nd in Turbo, 3rd in Main, 2nd in Quicky, 2nd & 5th in MidEx, 2nd in Reload & 4th & 5th in Reload. Always good to see players from the emerging nations do well for themselves.
Tina, aka karlluke, made the 7 @ 7 final for the 2nd straight night.

I sweated most of this FT as there were some decent players involved who I was keen to watch, as well as the likes of NOSTRI & loosecamel.
I must say, AlexaAJ seemed to play very snug & maybe deserved the win, though he twice got very lucky with 2 outers on the river. The winning hand heads up v NOSTRI was a little fortunate too, Alexa's 7-5 v A-Q AIPF with the 7 popping up on 5th street. Alexa has had a terrific week, though his upswing started a month or so ago, since when he has registered wins in £6k BH, Turbo, Reload, 7 @ 7 & the £1k BH.
NOSTRI may have been a trifle unfortunate in the end, the cards just fell badly for him once it got HU. 6 Heads though, he's a proper maniac these days.
The Bates was a fine third, he was a little unlucky on a few occasions.
Felt for Richie, who was AWAY all Final.
Uncle Ungo was making this Final for the 2nd time in 5 nights, & he ran 7th in the £6,000 version on Sunday too, so he's enjoying a bit of an upswing.

We don't see a great deal of Middz68 who was enjoying his best score since 5th in Sharpy main almost a year ago.
newdaddy, twice a Quickdraw winner in the last 6 weeks, was 6th. He made his maiden forum post recently, & I'm hoping we see more of the prolific breeder. Prolific at the poker too if Sharky is to be believed, they rate him at 95.

bigfatfish belongs to that fairly exclusive club of players with over 100,000 games on Sky Poker, though some 95% of them are DYM's & the like. In the last year alone he's played some 30,000 games, & that 100,000 plus has taken him less than 4 years, which is some going. He won a Turbo earlier this month & is pleasantly profitable at the scheduled stuff.
It was a second Mini Final in 12 nights for RobRenzi, finishing 5th & 2nd.
6th was goldnballz who has been earning good money here for 10 or 11 years now, & has a lovely looking profit graph. He has heavy expenses though, as half his winnings to to Paula.

This went to sillymid, who won a UKOPS BH last year for some £1,500. Fairly sure I recall chatting with him when he made the Final of a Live SPT a year or two ago.
In 3rd was splashies, & he's very similar in terms of results to goldnballz who I mentioned earlier. In fact if you compared their relative Sharky stats they are very close to identical in the key metrics.

I don't have much data on the winner, though he ran 4th in the same one a few weeks ago & Finalled a Main Event recently.
The codster made yet another FT.
Not seen much of chrisdonkb of late, but he was 5th in Tuesday's Turbo & now 3rd in Sheriff. Warming up for UKOPS no doubt.

It's always very difficult to try to guess who will do well in this, and JMH7 would not be at the top of many people's likely winners, but for him it's a terrific result, & as far as I can see, his first featured MTT victory.
Quite a tough FT last night, it must be said, with steveysee & Mody, both with reputations as good solid players, & very popular amongst the player base, in 3rd & 4th respectively.

I was surprised to see that this was the first win this year for Dooobs, though his volume has been fairly light of late. Returning to form though, as he was 2nd in this 4 nights earlier too. Watch out for him in the bigger UKOPS events.
A 2nd cash of the night for alexa, wgo won the £1k BH earlier.
PKRPar, who we discussed earlier, made his 2nd Final of the session too. Definitely on the upgrade.

I think I won the early £1,000 bounty hunter a couple of months ago, but that has been it this year. So I had a bit of a Cheltenham break and have been working on my game. Hopefully, I have taken some things on board, but you still have to win those AJ vs AK vs TT "flips". I had to win it twice too, as the JTx flop was no good, so had to go for the flush instead...
I don't know if UKOPS is for me, as I don't think I have done much other than min cash in the last couple of series, but with my new
skillsluck, anything is possible.
