'He couldn't keep his hands off me': Jennifer Arcuri says she and Boris Johnson had 'four-year affair' where she sent him 'arty' topless pictures - but insists they had an 'intellectual attraction'
The 35-year-old said that she 'fell in love' with the now Prime Minister, 56, during their alleged relationship which she claimed lasted from 2012 to 2016. She stated that she and Mr Johnson, who was Mayor of London at the time, began the affair during his second term in office when he was married to now ex-wife, high-flying barrister Marina Wheeler - with whom he shares two sons and two daughters. Ms Arcuri claims the pair first had sex in her flat on Shoreditch High Street, where she had pole dancer's apparatus installed, just hours before he attended the opening of the 2012 London Paralympics. The technology entrepreneur, originally from America, told the Sunday Mirror that during their first tryst he 'couldn't keep his hands off' her and, at the height of the romance, they were meeting once a week. But she said that there was a mutual 'physical and intellectual attraction' between them.
She says they met up once a week at the height of the affair, she sent arty topless pictures and admits: “I loved him. I adored him.”
Jennifer reveals a mutual “physical and intellectual attraction”. They shared a love of Shakespeare, she codenamed him Alexander the Great, and she says he loved her body and mind and “couldn’t keep his hands off me” on their first tryst.
But ultimately, she says, he was a “cowardly wet noodle” for not standing by her in the row over her presence on foreign trade trips.
Jennifer says her romance with PM Boris – who was Mayor of London at the time – lasted from 2012 to 2016.
It was his second term of office and he was married to now ex-wife Marina, mother of their four children.
It was clear they were close but she has never confirmed they were lovers – until now.
Talking about sex, Jennifer says: “We were in an intimate relationship for four years. I loved him, and with good cause. But the man I thought I knew doesn’t exist any more.”
Lifting the lid on the affair she says:
Boris wined and dined her openly at a London restaurant, telling her: “I want to date you, you’re the only American I’ve ever fancied.” They first had sex in her Shoreditch flat hours before he sat between Marina and Princess Anne at the opening of the 2012 London Paralympics. Before he dashed off to the ceremony she had to hunt for a sock he lost in the throes of passion. He requested racy images of her and said one raunchy picture was “enough to make a bishop kick a hole in a stained-glass window”. They exchanged sexual messages, sometimes while he was on mayoral duty. He had to borrow £3.10 on their first date and later shrugged off concerns about kissing in public, saying: “This is my city, I don’t care.”

Jennifer Arcuri shares selfie 'she took from Boris Johnson's marital home during four-year affair' as she claims 'she slept with PM on his sofa but was almost caught by his then wife Marina Wheeler who came back 10 minutes later'
The US tech entrepreneur, (left; and right, with the PM) who took a selfie in the kitchen of the £3.35million Grade-II townhouse, left just minutes before Marina Wheeler got home. The explosive claim was made by Miss Arcuri, 36, as she lifted the lid on her four-year affair with the then London Mayor. Mr Johnson told her one raunchy photograph she sent him was 'enough to make a bishop kick a hole in a stained-glass window'.
Jennifer Arcuri tells of ‘four-year affair’ with Boris Johnson and calls him ‘cowardly’
But, by 2016, she was involved with tech analyst Matthew Hickey and the affair had cooled.
Speaking of her upset at Mr Johnson’s refusal to defend her when questions were raised about her presence on three high-level trade trips and receipt of £126,000 of taxpayer money in event sponsorships and grants, she comments: “It’s embarrassing. What a child. You can’t get on the phone and say, ‘Look Jen, this is crazy, welcome to politics’?
"He just took the most cowardly, wet noodle of approaches. This is who he is and it’s about time we recognised that.
“A great leader is charismatic, courageous and brave. None of these words I would use to describe Boris Johnson.”
The Greater London Authority is currently investigating whether Mr Johnson breached the Nolan Principles of Public Life, the code of conduct by which the city mayor is expected to abide, by not confessing his affair with Ms Arcuri.
How Boris Johnson's mistress bragged to his aides: Emails reveal Jennifer Arcuri's clashes with Prime Minister's staff over his appearances at her business events

She boasted that 'Boris himself has been my point of contact' ahead of one video chat with Silicon Valley executives. he US entrepreneur had to be told by exasperated officials: 'Please can you refrain from going via the Mayor direct?' Boris Johnson texted mistress Jennifer Arcuri 'b*****ks, I'm your No1 supporter' EXCLUSIVE: The Prime Minister and then Mayor of London sent Jennifer Arcuri the message in an exchange just a month before she was given access to a trade mission led by Boris Johnson
Boris Johnson told his mistress he was her “No1 supporter” in an amazing text – after she claimed David Cameron and George Osborne were backing her.
In a message a month before she was given access to a trade mission led by Johnson, Jennifer Arcuri rebuked him for failing to attend a tech event she was involved in.
She texted her then-lover, saying: “Osborne gives me a building. PM confirms my event... And you?
“And you? U ignore me… [again]. And blow me off for the 8th.”
Johnson replied: “****. I am your number one supporter and have been for years.”
The messages were dated October 9, 2015 – when Mr Cameron was PM and Mr Osborne was Chancellor.
Earlier, in August, Jennifer had vowed to “make it worth it” if Boris attended as Mayor of London.
The latest revelations will put him under increasing pressure to give evidence in person as part of an official conduct probe.
Firms run by Jennifer, 36, were awarded £126,000 in taxpayer money and she was granted access to three trade missions.
Johnson, 56, spoke at four events run by Jennifer. The newly revealed texts appear to relate to events organised by Tech London Advocates, a network of tech experts with which Jennifer was closely involved.
Messages show she earlier asked Johnson about speaking at an event but he had not committed to a date.
On August 4, 2015, she said: “Please check dates – Oct 8th or Nov 4th; anytime between 5-8pm: Tech London Advocates – will be lots of press – big event – all the ‘who’s who’ of tech. Please check to see if you can come give us a ‘Go LDN Tech’ Speech ;-). Please come!!! It’s your last time as Mayor!!!!”
She added: “PS. I promise I will make it worth it. PPS. Lovely to see you last night x.”
Johnson replied that day: “Will check x x you on great form.”
But the watchdog’s director general Michael Lockwood said at the time: “While there was no evidence Mr Johnson influenced the payment of sponsorship monies or participation in trade missions, there was evidence to suggest officers making decisions about sponsorship monies and attendance on trade missions thought that there was a close relationship between Mr Johnson and Ms Arcuri, and this influenced their decision-making.”
Jennifer secured permission to accompany a trade delegation to Israel with Johnson in November 2015, a month after the text “spat” – and despite her firms not meeting criteria for the trip. During the mission, messages show Johnson tried to meet with her, then sent a “desperate request” for her to send an intimate picture.
Jennifer also said Johnson tried to get her to go to him at the Lexington Hotel on an earlier trade trip to New York – but advisers thwarted his plans.
Tech firm owned by Boris Johnson's ex-lover Jennifer Arcuri is closing after plunging into the red
Atech firm owned by Boris Johnson's former Jennifer Arcuri, which once received £11,500 from the London Mayor's promotional agency, is to close after plunging £356,616 into the red.
The Innotech Network Limited (INL), which ran tech conferences, was given £11,500 by a promotional agency controlled by the Greater London Authority when Mr Johnson was Mayor.
The former Prime Minister was accused of favouring her business interests because of their relationships, but the Independent Office for Police Conduct said there was not reasonable grounds to launch an inquiry into potential misconduct in a public office.
Ms Arcuri, 37, set up INL in 2013, but has now revealed that she intends to close the business after applying to have it ‘struck off’ the Companies House Register.
At the same time she has quit as a director of another company involved in the sleaze scandal, which threatened to destabilise Johsnon when he was PM.
Documents show she is no longer a director of Hacker House, which has amassed debts of almost £2 million, although she continues to have ‘significant control’ of the business, according to documents.
Hacker House, which is run by Ms Arcuri and her cyber consultant husband Matthew Hickey, was awarded a £100,000 grant from the Department of Culture Media and Sport in 2015 - although it is believed only £47,000 was actually paid.
Ms Arcuri and Mr Johnson struck up a relationship while he was mayor of London and in her diaries she recorded Johnson’s comments encouraging her business. In one he told her: “How can I be the thrust – the throttle – your mere footstep as you make your career? Tell me: how I can help you?”
In another diary entry she recalled him saying: “I can barely control myself whenever I see you. You make me too excited. Baby I couldn’t wait. All year I have been waiting for you. All year. You drove me nuts. I have thought about no woman as I have thought of you.”
