Malik Younas Fazal (left), from Birmingham, charges £80 for false papers to help UK arrivals dodge tests. Fazal advised an undercover reporter how to use the documents (right) to pass border checks. He began offering the invoices after using Facebook to sell fake negative PCR tests, which are also mandatory before entering the UK. Health experts said Fazal was risking hundreds of people's lives with his scheme.
