Footage shows a 60-year-old man riding his bicycle along an empty highway in Mykolaivka, Crimea before a blue Mitsubishi car skids into view and crashes into the back of him. The impact sends the cyclist flying into the air before he lands hard on the tarmac along with his wrecked bicycle. Fortunately he sustained only minor injuries. Police discovered a 12-year-old boy had been behind the wheel of the car and was being taught to drive by his father. The 44-year-old now faces a fine of 30,000 rubles (£285).
