Sorry to hear that. Maybe self exclude on all sites you bet money on for at least a month, possibly longer. Good luck resolving the family issues. I have noticed you playing more erratically than in the past. Betting should be something you do for fun when your head is right and all is well, not something you use as a crutch/ escape when things aren't too great in real life. Continuing down this path would be a recipe for disaster. A lot of people lack the self awareness so props for that. Also mentally make peace with the fact that the money you've lost during that time is gone, it isn't yours anymore. Too many keep digging the hole deeper in the pursuit to get even and it almost always fails. At the end of the day poker/ betting is just a hobby, family is much more important.
