Morning.
A glorious weekend of sport awaits us. Snooker, Moto GP, F1, Kentucky Derby, 1000 & 2000 Guineas & God knows what else.
The snooker does not finish until Monday evening. I vividly recall watching the World Snooker final 41 years ago, it was Alex Higgins v Cliff Thorburn, & was a real close match ending 18-16 to Thorburn. As we all settled down on the Monday evening to watch the final session, TV coverage was interrupted to bring live coverage of the SAS storming the Iranian Embassy in London after a 5 day siege. Talk about a dramatic climax...

A huge shock here. The winner had not played a single MTT or SNG here for 23 months (May 2019), & his last 7 games were all either £0.50 or £1.00 entry. Then he polled up last night & took down a £110 entry BWBH for £1,780.
The rest of the FT were less surprising, they all have solid form in the book, including Crushy, who took a lump of FTJ the previous night, PBKR, who seems to get the lot on several sites, & Jscorgie.

Runner-up Rocket919 is in great form. He won BWBH exactly a week earlier, was 4th in Saturday's Main & 2nd here.
We've barely seen or heard from Palace Bloke recently, but he was back with a bang last night, 4th in the Main & 3rd in the Turbo.

When The Bates starts winning his fair share of flips, it's time to run for cover. He won Mini last night for the 2nd time in 10 days, & the win came less than 24 hours after he took down MidEx for 2nd time in a fortnight. Good to see the fella back.
