Do the techies have any advice on what to do when this occurs? I'd registered for a couple of games just after 8pm, the first time the table appears it claims it's a duplicate and won't open. I then tried reloading the client, closing and trying the browser, trying on my phone on the app and finally shutting everything down and leaving for 5 minutes before trying again. No joy. Those 2 games got refunded as goodwill after sending screenshots live to chat.
Thought I might try a £5BH a couple of hours later, and yep, same issue.

There are so many problems with the site at the moment, would be good to get some direct feedback on some of these issues.
