The tourney I've been frozen out of is a £1.20 +10p frenzy into the £48 SPT semi (albeit I'd made a fair number of rebuys so my outlay is much greater than the initial buy-in and I was in decent position in the tourney).
I guess what I'm saying is that I really don't want to waste time and effort on live chat etc if, at the end of it, I'm going to be offered a £1.30 refund. I'd rather just write it off.
Can anyone advise if there is a 'standard' response from CC in this scenario with reference to the underlying Sky T & C's?
I got frozen out and didn't get back in on major and the mini. Advice I've just been given was "Don't play two tables at once". Really? Don't you offer a final table bonus. I was made to feel that I was the idiot. Not happy!
same froze with a bunch of table up was told freeze was my fault for playing lots of tables silly me . Offered £5.50 as a good will gesture pretty cool

Sorry about this guys.
Am trying to get hold of someone at the Office to see what can be done. Will update you if I do.
Please speak to CC & explain the situation & I believe they will treat you fairly.
I have been unable to speak to the Poker Team, but I have escalated the matter to the Service Desk.
If & when I hear further, I'll update you.
Is the current position getting better/the same/worse now? Are you now able to open your tables?
