The USSR ended in 1991. You seem to be referring to Russia.
The Group of Eight (G-8) was an assembly of the world's largest developed economies that have established a position as pacesetters for the industrializedworld. Leaders of member countries, the United States, the United Kingdom (U.K.), Canada, Germany, Japan, Italy, France, and until recently, Russia, meet periodically to address international economic and monetary issues. In 2014, Russia was suspended indefinitely from the group after annexing Crimea, an autonomous republic of Ukraine. As a result, the G-8 is now referred to as the G-7.
US voting rigged. USSR voting rigged. Did we all vote them in ...... or was our voting rigged also........ answers on a fifty pound note. Ta!
When you consider that the USSR hasnt existed since 1991, US voting wasnt rigged, and the Russians werent there, it makes this a bit of a silly post. Sorry about the nit picking.
I am not sure of what good he thinks this will do. Does he think that if lots of people say Im Done, the G7 leaders will knock it on the head? What was he expecting to happen? Surely a billion doses of vaccine for poorer countries is a good thing? Defining those staying at every hotel in the world as Masters, and those working in them as Slaves is idiotic. I am certain that the vast majority of hotel staff have far to much pride, and self respect, to think of themselves as slaves.

I also think that comparing hotel staff who are paid, have rights, and are able to make their own decisions, to slaves, that had none of the above, just goes to show what a fool he is.
Chattel slavery As a social institution, chattel slavery (traditional slavery) denies the human agency of people, by legally dehumanising them into chattels (personal property) owned by the slaver; therefore slaves give birth to slaves; the children of slaves are born enslaved, under legal doctrines, such as partus sequitur ventrem ("That which is brought forth follows the belly").[17] They also may be bought and sold at will.[18] Although chattel slavery was the usual form of enslavement in most societies that practiced slavery throughout human history, since the 19th century, this form of slavery was formally abolished.[19]
Slavery and enslavement are both the state and the condition of being a slave,[1][2] who is someone forbidden to quit their service for another person (a slaver), while treated as property.[3] Slavery typically involves the enslaved person being made to perform some form of work while also having their location dictated by the slaver.
In chattel slavery, the enslaved person is legally rendered the personal property (chattel) of the slave owner. In economics, the term de facto slavery describes the conditions of unfree labour and forced labour that most slaves endure.[8]
In 2019, approximately 40 million people, of whom 26 percent were children, were enslaved throughout the world despite it being illegal. In the modern world, more than 50 percent of enslaved people provide forced labour, usually in the factories and sweatshops of the private sector of a country's economy.[9] In the industrialised countries, human trafficking is a modern variety of slavery; in the industrialised countries, enslavement by debt bondage is a common form of enslaving a person,[8] such as captive domestic servants, forced marriage, and child soldiers.[10]
