Carl Shearing, 60, filmed the male cyclist collapsing in a heap at the side of the road in Crediton, Devon last week. The truck driver said he 'got a good dose of karma' for not paying attention to the road. The biker had no helmet on when he crashed into the kerb and was sent hurtling over his handlebars.
