Who won what, Friday 9th July - big paydays for fa1conhoof & PRHack93 on a very busy night

Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 171,844

Morning.

MTT traffic was very good last night. BWBH had it's best prize pool for around three months, Avenger it's second best in 6 weeks, Quickdraw best in 5 weeks & so on. No reason to think tonight won't be busy either. Tomorrow - Sunday - well that's another story. Most of the evening schedule won't run, certainly the Major & Mini Major won't, & the FTJ wont exist for the first time since it was introduced iirc.

For yesterday's sporting highlight, what about the extraordinary catch by Harleen Doel?

£700 7 @ 7 £1,155

£6,000 BWBH £9,700

£8,000 Avenger £9,660

£4,000 Avenger £4,865

£1,000 Mega £1,300

£1,500 Sheriff £2,050

£1,500 Reload £1,626

£1,500 Turbo £2,070

£1,000 Quicky £2,200

£1,000 MidEx £1,420

    7 at 7 Bounty Hunter (£1,155)

An overdue 7 @ 7 win for oldcrock, who has made the FT countless times, but as far as I can see had never won it until last night.

He must have done well to win it as he has Heads Up with Bates the Luckbox.

£6,000 Big Weekend Bounty Hunter (£9,700)

Interesting one this, with fa1conhoof taking the win. Just 22 MTT's on Sky Poker, & those 22 games were over a 3 year period stretching right back to 2018. However, those 22 MTT's include 5th in a UKOPS HR for £1,500, 4th in a Sunday Major for £1,300, & now 1st in BWBH for £1,950. Either very lucky, or very good.

Palace was runner up, witth Tuesday's Summit winner Hoff92 third.

Tinderella - by all accounts a most amiable individual - was 4th, whitters 5th, & Mr Channing 6th.

Familiar faces all the way in this, with henners 3rd, PBKR 4th, ozzie 5th & dameflop a very fine 6th.

sorry69 is coming up to 10 long years on Sky Poker & enjoyed easily his best ever result here. Perseverance is well under-rated.

For a Mega, this was a tough line up, with CurtEtc, Boox2 & darsh all in contention. Rounding out the top six was Sky Poker superfan cymru35.

I've no idea why, but I don't think we've ever featured Tom Petty before. Let's put that right with the superb Running Down A Dream.

@Tikay10 . Didn't the major have quite long late reg anyway(like 2 hours or so)? I suppose it will be hard to leave extra time to late reg even if it was 2 hours.

Anyway, I suppose this makes the decision easier on what to do on Sunday, and Stars is turning the million into a bounty hunter which I hate (can never make the start and late regging bounty hunters 2 hours in is a pretty bad strat). Everybody knows the turbo is the most prestigious tournament here, and supersonics are where it is at on your sister site :/

    Come on England.
