Shocking moment man falls from roof while evading police during cannabis raid
Footage shows the man, who has not been identified, sliding down roof tiles and falling from a semi-detached house in Bloxwich, Walsall, before hitting the pavement behind a car with a thud on Thursday, 22 July.West Mids Police officers had found around 70 cannabis plants and were searching the property when the man climbed on to the roof. Police were seen shouting, 'Stay there' at him after his fall. The man, who was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis, was hospitalised with potentially serious injuries. A Police spokesperson said he would be questioned when medically fit.
