Afternoon.
A decent turnout last night, with the Major & Mini Major both hitting their highest prize pools for five weeks.
In sport, the day's highlight was probably in the Evian Championship, which is a Women's Major. 25 year old Australian Minjee Lee began the day no less than seven strokes behind the leader, took it to a playoff & won it at the first extra hole. An extraordinary effort. She came across really well in her interviews too, seems a smashing girl.

7 at 7 Bounty Hunter (£938)
Last year, Macca1973 ran 5th in a Summit & won a Mega, but we've seen very little of them since until they popped up with a 7 @ 7 win last night.The eye-catcher though was 5th placed SR23, who returned to the MTT streets a few days ago after being mostly absent since February. 5th in 7 @ 7 is not going to change anyone's life but he's a genuinely smashing bloke & hopefully we'll see a little more of him now. In the photo below, taken at Brighton, we see Mr SR23 (nearest camera) in an unusually thoughtful pose.

£12,000 Sunday Major (£14,700)
The Major fell to C & D winner daleboss, the third time he has taken it down in 8 months. He has the distinction of winning the Major in successive weeks too - 29th November & 6th December. Clearly someone who knows the time of day.
whitters95, fresh from winning the £1k BH 24 hours earlier, was second with Ozzie third.
RGunhawk23 is an interesting one, just 4 MTT's to their name, the first of which was last Tuesday's Summit. Next was Friday's BWBH where they finished 3rd, and now 4th in a Major. One to keep an eye on.
NIHIGHGUN, who has been here forever, was 5th.
ironpump was the FT Bubble Boy, and a big shoutout to MISTY4ME, a fine 12th.
craigcu12 snuck into the very last money spot.

£1,500 Mini Major (£1,890)
PJDIVO enjoyed a personal best when taking the Mini Major.Runner-up Chalky666 has been making waves lately, especially in the MML. Won a £1,000 BH that began at 19.45, then ran 2nd in the Mini.
In third was Palace. This morning I happened across a photo of a hand that Palace played at SPT Brighton. He had the 7-7, obv. How good does that boy run?
BooBoo was 4th, but he was far from finished, as we shall see later.
The recent hot-streak by MAXALLY continued, he was 6th, and another recent MML success story, hhammerhea, was 20th.

Winning the Major for the third time in 8 months is more than enough to decide our POTD;
@daleboss
Way too long since we featured Aerosmith, so here's Crazy. One of the young ladies in the video is his daughter Liv who I believe went on to become a bit of a film star. Absolute spit of her Dad.

Had a lot of FUN, especially as I got in through Friday's 3-seat freeby, (having finished 5th in it the night before), and managed to qualify again from the 6pm Semi too.
It was quite stressful from being 50th/50 and bumbling along at the bottom for 2 hours, and having @loololollo to my right with a BIG stack, pinching my ever dwindling BB's.
Fortunately I got a couple of good enough hands near the Bubble to call him
I even folded an AJ from BB when pacman min raised the BTN.
I read - and love - these updates every day. Keep up the fine work.
*it totally was.
Thx for mention and very well spotted. It was probably the most un-relaxing session ever tho. Had the little fella up coughing, screaming and crying till 5am
Certainly was, you were 8th, unable to recover from the hand where your AK & villain's 8-8 both hit.
Congratulations on appointing such a wonderfully verbose coach. I believe he coaches a lot of players.
