Morning.
MTT traffic was a smidge better than the previous Thursday, but not great by any means.
In sport, against all expectations, there was a surprise batting collapse by India in the first Test. Long odds were available against that happening. It's now Evens the draw (bad weather is expected to persist, 2/1 India & 100/30 England. Most surprising of all, Kohli - King Kohli, cricket's answer to Messi in my view - was out for a golden duck. That's not something that is seen every day.
Two monsta-monsta stories dominated football, & I don't think you need me to elaborate further.

djsppiros just keeps ticking along steadily, & added 7 @ 7 to the Reload they won in early June. A glance at their Sharky graph shows a nice steady if modest profit for every one of the last twelve years. Realistically, that's as good as it gets for recreationals.

Well would you believe it? markycash made his Twitch debut last night, got himself in a bit of a tangle and yet still managed to win this. We've missed him greatly - well I have - and if he sticks around he'll ruffle plenty of feathers with his style of play. You've not seen "any two will do" or "aggro" until you've played this fella. He's useless, obviously, but gets lucky. I won't give away his secrets as I don't know them, but I'll give you some free advice - don't try putting him on a hand or even range, you'll get it wrong. He's incorrigible.

£5,000 Hitman Bounty Hunter (£5,640)
The Main went to HATTERBOY. I don't have any data on this player at all, so other than suggesting they are probably a Luton Town fan we'll have to leave it at that.
nishg was runner-up, & the presence of the endearingly modest Collabo in third suggests there will have been no shortage of chat on the FT.
Really pleasing to see dameflop doing so well. Was 3rd in Friday's Avenger Main, 4th in Monday's Marksman Main & now 4th in last night's Hitman Main. By any standards, 3 Main Event FT's in in 7 nights is a splendid achievement. She'll be chuffed to bits with those three results.

£1,500 Mini Hitman (£1,760)
splashies just keeps on doing his thing, & in his 12 or 13 years here he's always made steady profits. On Wednesday he won the early evening £1,000 Rebuy for some £280, & last night he took the Mini for just over £300. Not the first time he's won the Mini either, not by a long chalk. In 3rd was Uncle Ungo who enjoyed another very good session, more on which later.

MP33 is another who has been here since the year dot, & right now he's enjoying something of a renaissance. Won Mega around six weeks ago & completed the double last night, & he also took down 7 @ 7 on Monday of last week. Proper little upswing on the go.
Note our ungolate friend in sixth.
Note our friend NOSTRI in 7th place, & more pertinently, look at how many heads he took. The worm is turning.

£1,500 Sheriff Bounty Hunter (£1,850)
Padster51, better known as a cash game player, took Sheriff. He's been with Sky Poker since 2007, so is in about his 14th year here. It's both pleasing & surprising to see how many players have been here since the start.

£1,500 Reload Rebuy B/Hunter (£1,812)
MrPersil, of whom I know vey little, took Reload. Weird fact here, their previous 7 games were all in the 01.00 £20 Gtd Freeroll, and total cashes amounted to £0.40. Then suddenly plays Reload last night, wins it & walks away with £283. Love it. Great alias too.

One of the few predictable results last night, as Palace takes Turbo for the umpteenth time.
In fifth was grinddd, who I was pleased to see on Twitter the other day saying he reads & enjoys these threads every day. Great to hear it Mr Grinddd, & thank you. I can't reply on Twitter but I appreciated the comment.

If Uncle Ungo is not thoroughly enjoying his poker right now he never will, though I'm sure he is. Another great session for him, 3rd in the Mini, 6th in Mega & won Mid Ex. In the last month he's won Reload twice, 7 @ 7 & Mid Ex, plus countless FT's. Really pleased for him.
