Morning.
Many of our bigger players were at GUKPT Manchester, which had record-breaking numbers, so online MTT traffic was certainly impacted last night. Numbers were not a disaster, far from it, but were certainly below the recent run-rate, & in fact Turbo never ran due to lack of runners - the first ever time I can recall that happening.
In sport, the Premier League enjoyed it's first proper Saturday of the season, & crowds were back in the grounds. The highlight was probably Man U running riot against Leeds, for which Bruno got all the credit, having scored a hat-trick. For me though the star of the show was Pogba, with an astonishing FOUR Assists, a very rare feat indeed. If they can get Pogba firing on all cylinders & keep him interested, Untiled will do very well indeed.

LHF seems to have less than 100 games here but it going along nicely. Has already made final tables of both Avenger Main & Sunday Major, & added their maiden win last night in 7 @ 7. One to keep an eye on.
Runner-up was the far more experienced MZS who has a very solid CV here.

Kovu, with just 35 MTT's to their credit on Sky Poker, began the day well by winning a little lunchtime Timed affair for £65. From there it looked like a big step up to take third place in the Main, as one of my intrepid band of correspondents - thanks @Shrimpy28 - informed me that three-handed Kovu had ONE TENTH of a BB. But wait, it was not over yet. Somehow Kovu doubled again & again & again, eventually ending up with one of the most unlikely wins ever seen on Sky Poker. Brilliant stuff. Needed a ton of luck, yes, but unless we are very churlish, we surely never begrudge other players good fortune, do we?

No idea what happened here, but presumably not enough runners, there were just two registered when it was due to start. Can't say I ever recall that happening with Turbo previously.£1,000 Quickdraw (£1,300)

This is just gorgeous - Jeff Beck & Nessun Dorma, with Rhonda Smith on the Bass.

Somewhat different to “ Hi ho silver lining”, hugely talented.

Ha, yes, he's moved on a bit from those days. Easily my favourite guitarist these days.
