Morning.
Last night's Main made £6,330, it's best Thursday number for three months or more. Rather oddly, last night's £6,330 was identical to last week, in fact it's made that exact number three times since May. More trivia will follow as & when.
The third Test continued to amaze, as England piled on the runs yesterday. They now have a 1st innings lead in excess of 340. Before this Test started I broadly hinted that India were a good thing at odds against. Well India are now 25/1 with England 1/14. Terrific performance with the bat by Root. If only England were to appoint a decent captain.
In football, with the transfer window close to shutting, the rumour mill is in overdrive, the latest story suggesting Ronaldo is heading to Man City. Now there's an interesting thought, Ronaldo returning to grounds such as Carrow Road & Turf Moor.

Wacko90 enjoyed his biggest win here since he took down a Sharpshooter in January for some £2,200. I watched this comp from a few tables out & by the time the final started Wacko had more chips than the rest of the FT combined, so no surprise to see him go on to win it.
FlynTimber, who won a Summit last year, was 2nd, & MAGPIETYKE had a terrific session, 3rd in the Main & 2nd in Sheriff, especially as he got into Sheriff via a £3 satellite.
4th was skyflyer, who flipped perfectly to bust 6th placed Shrimpy, who had been short from a long way out & in fact did well to make the Final.
