Morning.
MTT traffic was decidedly brisk last night, and the Sunday Major, at £15,400, was at it's highest prize pool for 15 weeks. Very pleasing to see.
A strange day in sport. In F1 there was a complete farce in the Belgian GP, with bad weather eventually forcing it to be abandoned. Correction - after a 3.5 hour delay, the cars all followed the Safety Car in Indian file for two laps so that the organisers could say that in fact the race took place, & finishers all received (half) points. Driving a motor car round in circles for an hour or so seems pretty simple, but F1 have managed to make it mind-numbingly complicated, hence yesterday's comical scenes. And after those two laps behind the Safety Car they had a full podium ceremony, awarding of trophies & all that nonsense.
In football, in the EPL, Spurs are top with maximum points & Arsenal are bottom with minimum points. And if you thought F1 had daft rules, the football season had barely started and now they are off for one of those utterly pointless international breaks. Are there any football fans (or players, come to that) who actually enjoy international football these days?
But sport has a funny way of springing surprises, & it was in the BMW golf where we saw the most entertaining fayre, with Bryson & Cantlay slugging it out for the final regulation 18 holes, never more than a stroke apart, & eventually going into a play-off that took no less than six holes to settle. It was Cantlay who eventually prevailed, after Bryson squandered 5 good chances to win it. Both players showed tremendous heart. That apart, it was a bit ridic that the winning score was 27 under, & here's a bizarre stat I've never seen in pro golf before - all 66 competitors finished under par for their 4 rounds. Which tells us a lot about the course. Bryson is very Marmite, but I must say he's prime box-office, I can't take my eyes off him when he is playing & the galleries all cheer when he pulls out his driver. It was televised sport at it's very best.

Foresight is in tremendous form, & after running 2nd in Saturday's £1k BH, took last night's 7 @ 7.
2nd was plasterer, & it would be interesting to hear what the spread-betting firms make of that, a pun so obscure that only those in the building trade will appreciate.

A month or two ago, @Swog decided to set himself a challenge, the target being £5,000 of profit by the end of this year. Seems like that bar was way too low - or Swog is way too good - as he reached it with 4 months to spare. Next stop £10,000? Congratulations Mr Swog. Oh my, what a result for Jscorgie, winning the Major for his best ever result in 7 years & 1,771 MTT's here. Earlier this month he won a Summit for around £2,000 but last night's £4,312 more than doubled that & for sure he's never had a better month. Very much a player in the ascendency.
The podium was top class, with ValueJL (2nd in Friday's BWBH), & PRHack93 (winner of Monday's Marksman Main) occupying the lower steps. PRHack93 had a good dash at the FTJ too, finishing 22nd in the Mini.
Exactly a week after he was 1st in the Major & 4th in the Mini Major, thus earning him a £750 FTJ jackpot, seikus was 4th.
There were min-monies for @loosecamel @newdaddy & @waller02 too.

Mini Major winner AlexaAJ only joined Sky Poker in February of this year & has already racked up a 5 figure profit in MTT's, with their best score being £1,800 for winning the £6k BH.

£1,500 Turbo Bounty Hunter (£1,980)
Crushy has had a testing month but maybe the tide is turning as he took last night's Turbo. He's also likely to win Week 4 of the Sky Poker Premiership too, so that's another £1,000 into his oversized back pocket.
It's been a frustrating week for @NChanning. He was FT bubble boy in Friday's Avenger Main & had finished 6th, 6th, 3rd & 3rd in various MTT's during the week. And that continued last night, as he ran 2nd in both Sheriff & Turbo. A little annoying perhaps, but many of us would be very happy with those results & I'm sure he is.
Quite a final this, apart from the 1-2 it also featured Sheriff winner cabbaz, Mini major winner AlexaAJ & winner of nothing of note Palace.

In other news...
Elsewhere, plenty of action last night.@destinycod sits 6/15 in a £25,000 Grosvenor National League affair with £7,000 up top, and will continue tonight presumably.
@loololollo was 5th in a $150,000 WPT for which he collected $4,622.50. Don't forget he also won Turbo & will pick up his weekly £1,000 in the Sky Poker Prem today. WAL.
Finally, Charity Stream Boss @PBKR sits 3rd of 11 in the Online Goliath, which has an eye-watering £54,000 to the winner. Good things happen to good people, they just do. It plays to a finish tonight, & he'll be streaming it, so hopefully a few of you will tune in & rail him whilst he Phil's his boots.
