Morning.
The usual Sunday "quickie" today.
A week after we had that really bad night due to the AJ PPV, traffic was back to normal last night. Neither great nor terrible, just "normal".
The highlight - or perhaps lowlight - of yesterday's football was the 0 -0 draw between Brighton & Arsenal. After three straight wins Arsenal promised better but they put on a horror show.
Today sees one of THE great sporting events of the year - the London Marathon. I have zero interest in the serious heads at the front, but the "fun runners" who try their heart out to raise money for charity move me to tears every year. Literally. It's just such a wholesome event. Over 100,000 people usually turn out to watch, but there's never a bit of "crowd trouble" or bad blood. It's just good people watching or doing good things. I **** love it.

A nice way to make his results thread debut as 7 @ 7 regular single-tables it to victory.
houdini needed a 1 outer to survive the bubble but he miraculously escaped & ended up 3rd.
TEXANT, who has a whole catalogue of 7 @ 7 wins, several this year, was 6th.

johnny_e began 2021 well with 4 figure scores in Sheriff & BWBH, but had to wait until last night to book his first Main Event win. He took 3rd in Sheriff too, for an all-round good night.

ribeiro66 has winning form in a wide range of featured MTT's, including a Mini UKOPS, and added Mini Sharpshooter last night. Was seemingly rampant, took 19 heads.

DW1414 played a whole bunch of All-In Sats to the Main without any luck, only to then go & win Mega. One of the original cohort of players from all the way back in 2008.
In 4th for £131 was TescoSteve. Not life changing, but every little helps.

£1,500 Sheriff Bounty Hunter (£1,650)
Sheriff went to bigfatfish, though how he found the time to play it is a mystery, I tried to count how many DYM's he played yesterday and gave up counting at 60.
In the last two weeks clarke996 has won Sheriff twice & Turbo, & he finished 2nd in them both last night. One to keep an eye on, looks a bit of a livewire.
In 5th was Friday's Turbo winner, Tonyzya.

In other news...
In the GUKPT Edinburgh BH Sidey, @PKRPar was 5th despite being offered "outside" after offending the dress-sense of a 79 year old local who was wearing a rather fetching orange shirt.
He's one of those players who has his chips all igglty pigglty on the table. When I encounter these sorts I insist on getting in a hand with them & then asking "how many you playing mate?". SO annoying.
We are well overdue some Tenacious D. This is the greatest and best song in the world.
