Sky Poker service interruption, 21.45 Tuesday

There was an approx 7 minute interruption to service at around 21.45 this evening.
Tables & the forum now seem to be recovering.
At this stage I don't know the cause.
Please bear with me whilst I try to further assess the situation & speak to the Office.

It's little consolation, I know, but the problem was not specifically with Sky Poker, other SB&G products also went down between 21.45 & 21.52, so the problem was upstream.
There's a green "Help & Support" link bottom left of this & every page.
I assumed that as it was down for everyone, then all the small blinds would fold.
My last hand was played at 9.41 and 13 seconds, and the next at 9.53 and 1 second.
Only three further hands before the break.
It was impossible for even me to lose chips when no hands were being played.
If what you say is true, they will probably refund your buy in.
If you genuinely lost money, you should get hold of them.
