How can sky take the money when it crashes? It was only a £5 turbo but I was frozen off at 21.50 and the message was repeatedly site unavailableI was in a good position to win and then get back in and find one player only playing ( 4 of us left ) and I'm down to 380 chips. Im only a small player but if you can't run the site how can you take the money. If I am not reimbursed I am off.

From my experience with Sky to get refunded you're best off going through support yourself, letting them know which game was affected/what time and they'll look into and reimburse. Might be a bit of a queue tonight though if the issue affected a lot of people this time.
