I'm really sorry to hear about these problems you've experienced on the tables. i will pass this thread over to members of the team who should be able to take a look/ help you out.
I (or another member of the team) will update this thread at a later date with the progress.

You don't have to apologise every time there is an issue.
Just fwiw I had the same no hold cards visible (they are there but face down). The X graphic comes up once I fold like in the screenshots in the original post.
One of the main problems is that it is sooooo tempting to play and see what I have lol. People will never get a read if I don't know what I have.
beaneh - sorry to go voer the basics but could you confimr what browser/s you are using, what OS and what Flash version. This sounds like a local versioning issue.

In Response to Re: What be my hole cards? : OS- Windoze 7 Flash version - 10,0,42,34 (just upgraded to 10.0.45). Browser was Chrome. Posted by beaneh
Hi Beaneh,
On top of what our Tech Support are looking at.. hand ID's are really useful here for us to debug.
I've got the hand IDs from your screenshots earlier in the post, if you see this happen again would you mind grabbing screenshots again and posting them up here when you have a moment?
Chrome is one of the top browsers for our site and even Windoze 7 should have no toruble ;-) I have spoken to Adam and we will see what else we can find as your OS, browser and Flash sound fine. Posted by Sky_Tech
Considering the amount of volume I put in this month, i've only had maybe 3 problems, twice with the cards not being face up and the following x sign, and once where the buttons didn't appear. I would have had quite a few tables open at the time but Chrome has really stood up to the test this month, no crashes, no problems even with these glitches, there were just single hands with no problem for the hand before or after and no need to refresh the table or anything.
If Chrome opened in mini view and back into standard view at the right sizes it would be perfect :-)
Chrome, windows 7 etc. This only happened on one table for a few minutes, had a few spots post flop where the chips were still out infront of players from preflop and their cards were there but they had folded. Messes you right up when action is on you and you dont have a clue what it is.
