Morning.
Traffic was a bit odd last night. The £15,000 High Roller made a handsome £20,800, and the rest of the schedule did fine - EXCEPT the £15,000 Main which missed by an uncomfortable £3,000 or so. Yikes.
It's Breeders Cup time & there were extraordinary scenes when one of the Charlie Appleby trained runners (with Dettori up top) got all worked up in the stalls & became trapped, with his legs lashing out in all directions, leading to his withdrawal. Dettori was shaken but unhurt. Charlie Appleby's other runner, with William Buick on board, was in the adjacent stall & had to be let out of the front of the stalls, so the Stewards withdrew that too. And then they changed their mind, so it was allowed to run, but in a very odd move it was excluded from the betting. Which was odd but would not be a disaster as long as it did not win. And yes, it won. In the end, most UK bookies will likely pay out on "both" winners, the real winner, & the winner without the winner, so to speak. Make sense? Thought not.
In football, it's the Manchester Derby today. If United don't win - & it matters not if they win ugly, they have to win - it's going to be a worrying weekend for Ole. Imagine facing Man City in a "must-win" affair... And will the freak by the name of Ronaldo steal the show yet again?

UKOPS 46 £15,000 High Roller (£20,800)
If we thought hughjarse was a freak, how about Tedson? An astonishing UKOPS for him - this was his third big UKOPS win in 4 nights. Won Tuesday's £110 Main for £3,200, Thursday's £110 Main for £3,500, now Friday's £220 High Roller for £5,900. What can you say? He's the absolute GOAT. Seems a really nice chap too, judging by how he conducts himself in the table chat boxes. Be amazing if anyone does better than him in this series.
Sitting top of the UKOPS Leaderboard before yesterday, chrisdonkb did his chances no harm at all in running 3rd.
Enjoying his best score (so far) of the Series was Arrogant in 5th.

This was the "Main" & it went to Ninja001. Has plenty of form in regular stuff - 7 @ 7, MidEx etc, but I suspect this was his best ever result. If I'm wrong I can always do a quick edit.
Itsover4u has been AWOL all week but soon made up for lost time with a 3rd place finish for £1,100.
In 4th was newdaddy, making his 4th FT of the Series.
And look who was 5th - that man Tedson again. He really is different gravy.
Jscorgie, who was sitting 2nd in the Leaderboard prior to last night, was 6th, so the ding-dong Leaderboard battle between him & chrisdonkb is finely poised.
And in shock news, hughjarse played TWO UKOPS events last night, finishing 35th in the High Roller & after leading at one stage, 9th here. Thoughts & prayers with him, that's a shocker of a downswing.

Keen eyes will notice ItsOver4u was 2nd here & 3rd in the Main, so that's a £750 Final Table Jackpot bonus for Danny. Bet he's thinking "it could have been so much more"....
TIMBER, who will see at SPT Manchester next week, was 4th, with UnEuropean, who had a challenging night one way & another, in 5th.

humberfish is on a huge upswing, with victories in Hitman Main, two Turbos & a Quickdraw, & now he adds a UKOPS.Very tough FT, with the other 5 all having solid UKOPS form. In particular, clarke996 is something of a surprise package, having already won Sunday's High Roller & been 2nd in Monday's Main.
Heddoh, Swann, Arrogant & fishhhh made up the balance of the FT, but no surprise there.
