    There is colossal waste in football.

    To put that in perspective, Spurs have paid some £75 million more that Arsenal, mainly due to 2 high-profile sackings (Poch & Maureen). That article reveals that Mourinho has been paid nearly £100 million by Chelsea/Man U/Spurs. Another payout due soon from Roma.

    £75 million roughly equals the amount Arsenal spent on signing Nicolas Pepe. Before his wages/bonuses. To paraphrase Arsene Wenger, there are some expensive cars in the reserve team car park...
