Good morning.

Another brief run-through today, all being well it will be BAU from tomorrow.

I'd say MTT traffic last night was decent enough, & we had a clean sweep of covered guarantees, not something that is a daily occurrence of late.

In sport, the racism in cricket thing rumbles on & on, & I won't bore you further with it today. Some of it - much of it - may be an over-reaction, and let's remember, attitudes were very different a decade ago. It's all good though, as is anything that shins a light on racism, especially institutional racism which really does seem endemic in both YCC & English cricket generally.

Still in cricket though, Aussie (ex) Captain Tim Paine has stepped down after a sexting scandal blew up. Now I'm really not a fan of schadenfreude, but I found watching him in tears as he announced his resignation almost enjoyable. Why so? I suppose it's that lifelong Ashes thing. We loathe them & they loathe us. I'm mot proud of enjoying his discomfort, but it did make me think what weird things highly competitive sport does to our minds. Football supporters especially, of course, where people "hate" each other simply on the basis of what football team they support.

Incidentally, poor Tim is going to be on the wrong end of some serious sledging when the Ashes start. Oh yes. Over to you, Mr Stokes. Some epic sledging in prospect.

Ninja001 does really well in stuff like 7 @ 7 & Reload. Last night he won 7 @ 7, and followed it with 4th in Reload, and he was 7th in Reload the previous night. Does well in MidEx too, & won Sunday's £6,000 BH a few nights ago. Clearly very good.

Interesting result here, with HODLdollar aking the Main. They are just 8 MTT's into their Sky Poker MTT journey, two of them in March & six this month. Two of them were £100ers, hence his reported ABI of £53. Curious alias, too.

Talking of aliases, "Peanutman" (5th) struck me as pleasantly irreverent.

    £1,500 Mini Hitman (£1,570)

Mini winner hazelwoo05 has been here some 7 years & does OK across a range of buy-ins. This month he's been 2nd in Mega, 4th in Reload, & now adds another Mini.

One-time MML winner Chalky66, who incidentally, never claimed his prize, was 4th.

    £1,000 Mega Stack B/Hunter (£1,140)

bcfc01 - a Bantams fan perhaps? - spent most of the afternoon & evening playing £10 Turbo DYM's, only pausing to play precisely one £20 MTT - which he won. Nice.

Anyone care to speculate what the runner-ups alias means? Cdogwife really is an odd one.

4th was wothef - a HUGE fan of Sky Poker, & never been known to complain - whilst Swog did a 5th.

    £1,500 Sheriff Bounty Hunter (£1,550)

What is this? I say, WHAT IS THIS? Mr Channing not only broke his winless streak, but in doing so beat one of the toughest Sheriff FT's in many a moon. Look at that little lot lined up behind him.

If the rumours I hear are true, he had a cameo role on last night's Taskmaster too, which, incidentally, over-ran by 15 minutes. Fancy that.

    Well done Mr C.

    £1,000 Turbo Bounty Hunter (£1,080)

The very highly-rated skyflyer took Turbo. In November alone has already booked wins in Sharpshooter Main, Sheriff (twice), Mega & now Turbo. Hard to argue this player has game & some.

Teal1, who won this the previous night, so nearly did so again. From just 5 attempts, has finished 1st, 2nd & 2nd in Turbo.

4th was my old mate Whizzy. If you read this, hope all is well mate. Has over 200,000 games to his credit here, though most were DYM's, where he's a bit of a whizz.
