    I would agree, that was a very tongue in cheek comment, although I am amazed that he is still going on about alleged evidence so long after the election, when nobody seems to be listening.
    Alleged evidence which he has failed to produce.
    I am glad he has been struck off.
    In addition to this, I dont think he looks quite "all there" in the photo.
