Morning.
Decent, if not spectacular, numbers across the board last night.
The sporting highlight was of course the fracas at the F1 GP. Lewis Hamilton had THE most perfect day, everything went right for him & he was cruising to his 8th title. And then Latifi, who was an also-ran, crashed & after that chaos descended. I genuinely thought Crofty was going to explode at one point, he got so excited & high-pitched.
The new season starts on 20th March, with new cars, new bodywork, new wheels & tyres, new rear wing, (see photo below) but the same engines. Looking forward to it already, just got to hope that the normally excellent Sky Sports up their game.

7 at 7 Bounty Hunter (£1,015)
Just 3 weeks after his maiden Featured MTT victory (in the Mega), Waynelee doubled his total by taking down 7 @ 7. In fact he so nearly trebled it, as he ran 2nd in Reload later in the evening. Well done Wayne. Or Lee. Or Waynelee.
AbbeyCat won this the previous night & had a real go at the back-to-back double, while HUGHMANS, the player with the worst music taste I've ever come across, was 6th.
Asho28 was 2nd in Forum Triple Takedown a week ago, & looked like he was heading for a 7 @ 7 win here until his beautiful looking A-A was left looking distinctly 2nd hand after losing out to the old K-Q. Poker is so much a game of "what if?", & that was certainly the case here. And that's the whole deal with MTT's - we will outdraw, & get outdrawn, every single time we play, we just will. His turn will come soon enough. Looking on the bright side though, an £82 return from £7.70 invested is pretty decent. Could have been better, could have been worse...

Danyo0 has been here some 6 years & made no progress until early 2020, since when it's been terrific to see the improvement in his results. Maybe had coaching? I've no idea but his results have certainly improved markedly. This year alone he has won Marksman, Predator & Hitman, been 2nd in Avenger Main (to @Shrimpy28 of all people), & won two Minis. Next stop, the Sunday Major?

£12,000 Sunday Major (£14,300)
From a super-small sample size, last night's Major winner clarke996 has done extremely well. Best result so far has been winning a £220 entry UKOPS High Roller last month, worth almost £5,600 to him, though he's also won several Sheriffs, Turbos & the like. A reported ABI of £44 says a lot, & he celebrated early this morning by playing 4 x £200 Heads Up Hypers, winning 3.
skyflyer was leader for a while, but had to settle for 2nd, & remarkably, @HAYSIE led at one stage too, before dropping out of the running.
After an 8 day MTT absence, funkybunch turned Up & finished 3rd.
Jessieak, Dog Bloke & grinddd rounded out the Top Six.
The lesser money spots were dominated by the Usual Suspects, & it was good to see @craigcu12 taking time off his Bankroll Challenge & returning to Sky Poker where he generally gets his best results.

£1,500 Mini Major (£1,740)
The Mini Major went GunRood, who I'm assuming is a fan of William Spooner. Wery vell done mate.
Lots of familiar names amongst the smaller cashes, including Shrimpy, Natnug, spearsy136, Allan23 & MAXALLY, not forgetting the smooth talking charmer steveysee.
Narrowly missing out on the paid spots was @NOSTRI, coming home 148th of 174.

A real ding-dong here with the win going to the increasingly high-profile Natnug who I assume did well to fend off runner-up Palace Bloke. grinddd & roddy were in the shake-up too.

tracyswise played 3 x £1.80 All-In Sats to Turbo, winning the last at 22.02, then going on to win it outright for £335. By my reckoning that's the SIXTH time this player has won the Turbo this year.
