Who won what, Tuesday 14th December - stunning Summit double for Jscorgie

Morning.

Numbers were "OK" last night, so neither great nor terrible. The £1,000 Mega missed the previous night but made £1,500 last night. It's quite odd & - arguably - interesting how the numbers fluctuate so wildly for no obvious or apparent reason.

There's no sporting news of note today (unless you count the 7-0 thrashing of Leeds United last night), so going forward I thought we'd dip occasionally into the treasure trove of "Great Sporting Photographs". Today's photo is such an unusual & beautiful one, showing Muhammed Ali after he KO'd Cleveland Williams. Going back around 8 or 10 years, the most beautiful cardroom in the world was Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, which, sadly, closed to enable expansion of the adjacent "PURE" nightclub, & this photo was one of many wonderful sporting photos which adorned the walls there. To sit there playing Live poker & be able to look at those photos at length was such a great vibe.

    7 at 7 Bounty Hunter (£994)

    Casey took 7 @ 7. Over 5,000 games here, & although he has made the FT of both Reload & MidEx, I can't trace any previous Featured MTT wins, so well done Casey.

    MAGPIETYKE, who won 7 @ 7 earlier this month and was 2nd in the £6k BH the next day, was 3rd, with OldTimer99 4th.

    £5,000 Gold Rush (£5,430)

    Quite a surprise here as rainallday took the Main for his first ever big win. Students of form might have spotted a clue though, as earlier this month he ran 2nd in a Hitman Main, being the meat in a sandwich formed by the beast that is @destinycod (1st) & fellow beast GFKIJKLL (3rd). And it was not an easy win last night, as the prolific skyflyer was runner-up, & HODLdollar, another recent Hitman Main winner, was 3rd.

    5th went to multi Sunday Major winner TONY509, with or8treacle in 6th.

    @rainallday 1810000 1 £739.84 + £250.50 Head Prizes 8

    @skyflyer 0 2 £443.90 + £221.37 Head Prizes 9

    @HODLdollar 0 3 £271.50 + £207 Head Prizes 10

    @Sssquires 0 4 £213.13 + £65.97 Head Prizes 3

    @TONY509 0 5 £181.91 + £177.90 Head Prizes 11

    £1,500 Mini Gold Rush (£1,910)

    Mini winner MaloD's claim to fame is as a 5 time winner of 7 @ 7 this year.

    I don't have any data on runner-up MARYBOBBIN, but a Sharky rating of 80 suggests a very useful player, so maybe they have slipped through my net.

    Saturday's Sharpshooter Main winner JACKDAW was 5th.

    @MaloD 3820000 1 £241.14 + £45.44 Head Prizes 5

    @MARYBOBBIN 0 2 £140.38 + £41.36 Head Prizes 8

    £1,000 Mega Stack B/Hunter (£1,500)

    Seems quite appropriate that just over 24 hours prior to the 2nd Ashes Test, BACKFOOT should pop up.

    £5,000 Summit Bounty Hunter (£6,700)

    Jscorgie took Summit, and I don't think there's any need for me to list his recent achievements, you must be sick of reading about him. I will say though that he was winning Summit for the 2nd straight week. No idea if that's ever been done before, but if it has, it will have been a very good player indeed. Take a look at his Sharky graph if you get a moment, it's so steep that it looks in danger of falling over.

    2nd was StayOrGo, with KLL-y in 4th.

    @Jscorgie 335000 1 £1239.50 + £851.54 Head Prizes 8

    @StayOrGo 0 2 £737 + £225 Head Prizes 5

    £1,000 Turbo Bounty Hunter (£1,380)

    Steed took Turbo, & if the name rings a bell, here's what I reported on Tuesday;

    "£1,000 Quickdraw (£1,000) In 5 years here Steed432 has played just 165 MTT's & until recently not enjoyed any success. It's all changed spectacularly in their last 20 or 30 or games though - 5th & 3rd in the £6k BH, 4th & 3rd in Sheriff, and now 1st in Quickdraw".

    Most impressive, & certainly one to keep an eye on.

    Reload winner JBERGZ was 3rd, with tonyp 5th.

    @Steed432 230000 1 £255.30 + £270.94 Head Prizes 12
