Morning.

Not a great night for numbers, with both Main & Mini missing, albeit only by small amounts.

Sport? We won't discuss the cricket, as at time of writing, Day 1 is barely half complete. (Aussies 129/1, heading for ~500...)

Two lovely photos though, Lewis Hamilton receiving his Knighthood, & Barry Hearn his OBE. There's much to dislike about the Honours system, but we have it & so that's it, & I think these two are both very deserving. Lewis is very Marmite, and a bad loser, but all really outstanding sports people are. And I've gradually warmed to him over the years. Bazza? He's changed many sports in so many ways, & made a lot of sports people very very rich indeed. Without Barry, sports such as Snooker, Darts, even Angling, &, to a degree, Boxing, would not be anything like what we now have. I used to know Barry vaguely, even sat in a 3 person Meeting with him once, & I got to know Eddie & Katherine quite well actually, via Poker. Nice people? Not exactly, but so driven, & so good at what they do.

    7 at 7 Bounty Hunter (£917)

spearsy took the 7 @ 7. He mostly flies under the radar, playing non-featured stuff, but my word, he does well for a player with a £6 ABI, & makes, on average, £3 every time he plays an MTT. Just imagine being able to invest £6 & make a profit of £3 every time you play. And that's on an 11,600 sample size, so it's not a statistical outlier. Well done mate.

In 5th was Natnug, with the delightfully aliased TescoSteve in 6th. Every little helps.

    £1,500 Mini Predator (£1,500)

smith1408 is becoming something of a Mini specialist - this was at least his 4th Mini win, & that includes a UKOPS Mini.

Hendo was 6th. We don't see nearly enough of him on the Forum these days. He's had a tough few years but he's battled through like a proper Champ. Good golfer too, I'm led to believe.

Fancy a fascinating fact? 4 of the 6 Finalists had an alias starting with an "s". Told you it was fascinating. You don't get that sort of stuff on 2 + 2.

sjacko89 does not make the thread with much frequency, but this was the 2nd time he's won Mega in just over a month. GL in making the hat-trick bud.

    £1,500 Sheriff Bounty Hunter (£1,500)

destinycod does not always grace us with his presence, but when he does he generally makes it pay. Won Sheriff, 2nd in Reload, then won a late night Turbo BH. Not a player you want sat on your left. Or right. Or table.

SALLY_BALL makes only their 2nd thread appearance, having finalled a Mini Marksman two months back. Did well to fend off Mr Cod too.

A4Pacific was on track in 4th, & there was another 6th place for Mr Channing, the 838th time he's filled that slot this year.
