Friday Sports Bet

Hi all, once again it's pretty slim pickings in the football department but I've managed to find a value 4 fold pan European acca.

Please note that confidence for this is not strong as 2 of the teams have a propensity to implode just when all seems sweet. There is no spread bet as the early markets offer little in the way of value over exposure, although 3rd match goal in the Barnsley v WBA (currently 75-77) game warrants further scrutiny as kick off approaches, a drift to 78 - 80 is what I'm looking for.

So the bet in k.o. time order is Lazio 2/5. - WBA 8/11. - Glentoran 4/7 and finally Lyon 4/9

Due to my misgivings about West Brom and Glentoran this is a min stake bet of $2 on Stars with a potential $10.98 return.

I don't usually have anything bigger than a double so this for me is outside my comfort zone.

    Taken the 3rd match goal.

    Sold 76.25 @50p so max exposure is £6.87

    Well, After Glentoran and Lazio did the business it all went a bit Pete Tong as firstly the Paris - Lyon game was abandoned at half time with the score at 1-1.

    No great problem as the bet will be settled under non - runner rules so it all down to West Brom.

    Told you they were unreliable as yet again one of Sky's Championship darlings serve up a bore draw.

    So today was a losing one

    4 team Acca staked $2 returned $0 Loss $2
    3rd match goal sell @ 76.25 for 50p Loss £6.87

    Doesn't matter as WBA always let me down but for some strange reason I always back them.
