Who won what, Tuesday 21st December - bad timing by Danyo0 winning Main & Mini, but 24 hours apart

Morning.
The Xmas traffic surge is building up nicely & numbers were very good last night, with the £1,500 Mini in particular doing well at £2,205, the biggest Mini number in a goodly while.
In horse racing, it's becoming clear that Oisin Murphy is going to be absent from the scene for a while, maybe 6 months - if he's lucky. He has already relinquished his licence while he awaits his sentence. He's been a naughty boy in several areas, but mostly it's alcohol, & the impaired judgement that comes from over-indulgence. A shame really, he's an extraordinary talent & a very eloquent speaker. I hope he gets the help he needs & that he'll soon get himself sorted out, & we'll see him back on the racecourse before 2022 is out.

bigfatfish was 4th in this on Monday, & then won it last night. He's a busy fish too, later in the evening he played around 30 tenner Turbo DYM's.
Good result for HUGHMANS in 2nd, he clearly knows poker better than music.

A stunning result, as Danyo0 takes the Main just 24 hours after winning the Mini. Bad timing really, he'd be better - £5,000 better - winning both on the same night. Worth noting that's his 4th Main Event win this year, plus a £6,000 BH. It's even more remarkable when we consider he's not high volume, he tends to come & go. Heaven knows how many Mains he'd have won if he played every night. Many congrats Danyo0.
TheMadMonk looked the winner early in the HU battle, but was unable to hang on to his chip advantage.
In 3rd was Keysasoze6, probably better known as a cash game player.

2nd was MML regular hhammerhea, a man who really understands how to enjoy poker.
"Enjoy" is the key word there. I do find it strange how some players moan & groan every night, & after every beat. Why do they play the game if it makes them grumpy & sour? If you want to enjoy poker, first job is to learn how to handle a bit of adversity.
BACKFOOT, runner-up in Monday's Mini, was 3rd.
