Who won what, Saturday 1st January - very big numbers last night, with balamar taking Sharpshooter

Absolutely terrific numbers last night, with pride of place going to Sharpshooter, upgraded from £6k to £8k yesterday, coming in at a sliver south of £10,000. New Years Day helped, that always generates plenty of traffic.
We have more guarantee increases tonight, with the Sunday Major going from £12,000 to £15,000 & the Mini Major from £1,500 to £2,000. Fill yer boots.
In yesterday's Arsenal - Man City game, after City were awarded a penalty, cameras caught Arsenal's Gabriel deliberately scuffing up the penalty spot. He's not the first either. Do footballers have no morality at all? For goodness sake. Would love it if Arsenal fined him 3 months wages & dropped him from the squad or somesuch. They won't, of course. Cheating in football is endemic.

COBS ended 2021 by winning the 21.30 £1,000 BH, and started 2022 by taking 7 @ 7. Nice double.
In 2nd was RATMAN, celebrating his return after being AWOL since early December. Think he's better known as a PLO8 player.
In 5th was Swog, who I gather is planning to up his game in 2022. Later in the evening, he won a little £300 BH, & just 6 days earlier he made the FT of the Major.

M0RG4N4TOR ( try typing that correctly) had had a terrific run in the last week, highlighted by winning UKOPS 03 for almost £4,000, a Sheriff win, & 5th in UKOPS 09.
chrisdboy, who won a big UKOPS in 2020, was 3rd.
