Morning.
The usual brief round-up today, as it's Sunday & I've got to do nasty stuff today, like hoovering.
After a blip earlier in the week when a Main missed by £1,000, numbers have been rather pleasing, & were so again last night. The £8,000 Sharpy Main made a very healthy £9,240, the £2,000 Mini £2,725, and we saw a very big Sheriff at £2,550. Excellent.
In football, Coutinho scored on his debut for
Newcastle's Eddie Howe does not seem to be doing any better than Steve Bruce, & they could only draw at home to Watford. Worse news for Benitez, losing away to Norwich who are, let's be fair, a bit hopeless. Marching orders for Rafa must be imminent. Maybe Newcastle will sack Howe & reinstate Rafa.
Best of all, Djokovic has been sent home. That'll teach him to lie on his immigration forms & go out & about with the public when he was COVID positive.

Many congratulations to Not-So-Dour Scot as he takes down the Main whilst streaming. It was his 4th ME win in 18 months - 2 x Gold Rush & 2 x Sharpshooter. Has won a Summit too, so that's a very nice CV he is building.
loosecamel won a Main Event just over a year ago & so nearly repeated the trick last night, eventually having to yield to Not-So-Dour. There was an interesting dynamic here though as loosecamel was on for the FTJ, which makes ICM a very complex affair, though I'm sure Lord ICM ( @waller02 ) was on hand to give advice.
