Hi @Tikay10 just to let you know that there does not appear to be any "chat" option available any more or indeed customer care (unless I am seriously missing something).
The only option of direct contact is through email to complaints.
If there is a better link to customer care I have managed to miss it completely and it could be my age or stupidity.
I have done the email but it is likely to take up to 72 hours to be resolved so they say.

Sure it is not deliberate. But the limitations of the software have caused problems in the past...
Do you know the Tournament ID please?
You MAY be able to get it from your "My Account".
That was the £5.20 feeder sat ID - I also won a £24 satty ticket which didn't run but didn't receive the credit
