That seems very odd, & off the top of my head I have no explanation.
The Stacks & qualifiers were published at 10am on Friday morning both on the Promo Page & here, on the Forum. If you had queried earlier, I could have got it investigated & if necessary resolved & even earlier today I could have put you in. Nothing can be done now though even if you are correct, as there is no Late Reg.
All I can do is query it with the Office tomorrow morning, & see what the explanation is.
I'm genuinely sorry, as it does seem very odd, but it's too late to do anything now I'm afraid.

No worries, just wish I could have bee more helpful.
Even today I could have sorted it prior to 7pm but it's too late now because of the lack of Late Reg.
I will raise it with the Office tomorrow though, just so we both know.
