Filofax? Now now... But you were close, it was User Error. When players win Free Entries I make an entry in my Outlook 365 Diary & then do the entry first thing on the day. One of today's entries simply read;
Free £11 Entry to £1,000 guaranteed BH @ 21.30 - but no alias mentioned. (I blame the software).
I did consider starting a Forum Thread - "are you owed a Free Entry for tonight?" but feared an avalanche of replies might crash the Forum software.
