I'm very close to ending my association with Sky Poker. Too many ridiculous bad beats and favouring of big stacks in showdowns.
Just wanted to put it out there that I'm not having a moan over just a few tourneysbut a series of weeks and weeks of continued ****.
So am going to play out my cash balance and then leave the site for good.Good luck to all who play.

The endless two and three out suck outs I dont bother posting anymore. Even after a bad run of them for days. But this one's a doozy.

The regs will tell you just to not play, I'd advise don't play here. All the regs know each other and drive the rest out, mass exodus over the years of good players, all that's left is the "SKY" player, all play the same way, bingo players often with 10+ games going at a time, how can you read how each table is playing with that many open? You can't it's pure guess work. Just finished my 5th and last game tonight (one table at a time, 3 max) 10 all ins in those games 10 times ahead 10 times lost. The regs will say you want to play bad players as you will win more than not. FALSE. they are the bad players calling dross as that's how you win here and it's not so much the bad beats as the bad play. AQ re raise all in v AK flop Q river Q, K10 off v A5 re raise all in Flop K, (same player called all in J10 off v AA flop 10 10), KJ v A3 re raise all in flop K. I know my hands weren't great but I was ahead, you'd expect to win once but not even that, what's with re raise with dirt??? SKY is full of SHY TE players and the odds are forever in their favour even though they literally aren't.

There are a lot of other sites out there and I find them a lot better, better quality player. I do my betting here so end up player some games against my own better judgement, it's just handy but I leave my sense and expectation at the door. Most of the hands I win are bad calls where I think I'm good but behind

Dude, I dont wanna be snarky. But how people play here from microstakes through mid stakes is pretty much the same as what you see in live card rooms. You have to learn how to adjust to these weak players, instead of insisting that you'd win if they played right. You're the latest of a long line of people I've heard saying the same thing. If you cant beat bad players, then what happens when you're up against skilled players who can exploit your mistakes to the fullest?

Trust me, you're gonna find yourself feeling the same way about other sites in the end. Adjust or perish my dude. (also called "Get Gud")

The problem with the hand you've posted is you have 5 BB's. Whenever you get this low, you're more likely to attract multiway action esp in a bounty hunter. Unless previous action has left you short stacked you should be looking to get your chips in pre flop a lot earlier.
