Piers Le Cheminant, 76, allegedly 'exploited' access to children for two decades
Teacher is accused of sexually abusing many, all under 14, in front of classmates

'This rule about not wearing under-clothes for sports games. It was a school rule, it was not my rule. I was following the rules more carefully.'

He denied inappropriately touching pupils in the showers after sports, adding: 'I have absolutely no recollection of that whatsoever and I cannot imagine that occurred.'

The court previously heard Le Cheminant 'exploited' his role as one of the sports supervisors 'as fully as possible to meet his own sexual interests' by making the children swim naked and watching them during swimming lessons at Oakwood School.

    The trial continues.
