Fancy a bet on this lady who fights on the Brook/Khan undercard on Saturday.
She fights Natasha Jonas who for me has been a huge failure as a pro so far. In her pro career Jonas has fought at super featherweight where she had 6 wins against nobodys and then a heavy ko defeat when she stepped up to fight a Brazilian for a title. She then moved up to lightweight where again she was given a few easy fights before again falling short against Terri Harper and Katie Taylor. She now steps up a further 2 weight classes for this fight which is for Vacant WBO super welterweight title.
Namus has been involved in 8 title fights in total at welter, super welter and middleweights. Though she has only won 3 of these the losses all appear to be fairly close decisions (I skimmed through a few of her bouts on you tube). She seems to lack a bit in technique but makes up for that by being aggressive and throwing plenty of big shots for the whole 10 round distance.
Best odds for this are 1/8 Jonas and 13/2 Namus. I think the Uruguayan lassie is terrific value at them prices.
