Morning.
Today's report may be a little short on detail, it's really hard to focus on poker stuff whilst the dreadful news is coming in from Ukraine.
Traffic is always affected on Champion's League nights & that was certainly the case last night, with the Main falling a whopping £900 short. It may not have covered anyway, but the football just made things worse.
The football? In the Man U match, the media must have watched a different game to me, they praised the "gritty performance" by Man U. I think "awful" would be a better adjective than gritty. They were bad - really bad. Between them, the 2 Teams mustered a grand total of 3 shots on target.
In the "when things get tough" department, after Spurs lost their 4th game in 5, Conte burst into tears & effectively said "this job is too tough for me". That's just a few days after Spurs beat City, too. I pity Daniel Levy, Conte is very talented but seriously high-maintenance. Maybe he was an only child.
Sad news from the world of cricket this morning, with the news that one-time Aussie wicketkeeper Rod Marsh is seriously ill. He was a terrific player & character, & formed a great bond with Dennis Lillee. The two of them had parallel careers, debuting in the same series & retiring at the same time. Top, top bloke in every way.

7 @ 7 went to obsti, who has a stunning ROI of 79% with an ABI of about £6 over a 3,700 sample size. That's seriously good.
3rd & 4th were splashies & bbMike.
5th was Dollie, & it's great to see he can still cut it, not bad for a guy in his eighties.

£6,000 Predator Bounty Hunter (£6,000)
An exciting Predator eventually went to jrdrinkler. Has form in the book for winning 7 @ 7 twice & was once runner-up in Avenger Main, but this looks like his first Main event win.
In 3rd was podraic, who is on a right tear up at present, making big FT's left right & centre.
seikus was 4th, with @PKRPar Twitch streaming his way to 5th after getting very lucky at a key stage, or so I'm reliably informed by a crustacean of my acquaintance who shall remain anonymous.
Once again, JACKDAW made a Main Event FT. My Forum search facility does not seem to pick his results up, but I'm pretty sure he's made several Main FT's recently.
FT bubble boy was @Shrimpy28 who I was railing on & off as he was late stage chippie. Very exciting player to rail, so much so that I fell asleep, & when I awoke he had left the tournament.

£1,500 Mini Predator (£1,500)
In winning the Mini, SPURS273 enjoyed his best result of 2022. Just as well on a night when his team got turned over by lowly Burnley.
3rd in 7 @ 7, splashies repeated that trick here, unlike tonyp142 (4th) who departed 7 @ 7 almost before it began.
In 5th was loosecamel, who ran 2nd in Sharpy Main around 10 days ago.

£1,500 Reload Rebuy B/Hunter (£1,656)
podraic seems to be popping up in all sorts. Finished Tuesday by winning MidEx, was 3rd in last night's Main, then won Reload. Was 5th in Reload on Tuesday too. Versatile.
Alchemist worked his magic to finish 2nd, with Nero in 3rd.

Another win for malone02, his results seem to have improved since he vented his frustrations with the software on the Forum. Please don't all try copying that.

£1,000 Midnight Express B/Hunter (£1,120)
A week after finishing 4th in Predator Main, TakeMe2WPT popped up again, winning MidEx.
aynaricol is becoming something of a MidEx specialist, this was the third time she's finalled it since 31st January. Rather curiously, she finished 3rd on all three occasions. Puts in a lot of volume these days, & currently sits 16th in the 2022 Sharky "Count" list for Sky Poker.

This day last year
The surprise result here was @Duesenberg winning the Mini. Those were the days.
Also mentioned was @QUICKFEET. Wonder if he is OK? Not heard from him in a while.

A3 > AJ of @Shrimpy28 which was nice, then A10 < K5 when five handed not so nice. @jrdrinkler played well whilst I had him on my table. Very agro but he also had the chips to do it. Got lucky versus @Shrimpy28's KK with 7 left, but poker gods were kind to him.
Fun stream though.
