Frank Lampard has not exactly set the world on fire at Everton yet, so a win here would be just what he needs, especially as he has some playing history with City. The visitors, meanwhile, lost to Spurs last week & are now just 3 points ahead of Liverpool. Might be closer than the betting suggests. Liverpool fans will be rooting for Everton here, which is a bit unusual.
