Cant register for the semi final even though I won a ticket

in The Sky Poker Tour
I won the SPT Brighton Quarter Final tournament and received a ticket for the semi final, however It won't let me enter the semi final.
What do I do?

    It auto-enter's you in.

    Unfortunately you can't un-register and get the cash etc. If you speak to customer care they will hopefully be able to enter you into another semi-final on a different night.

    Hi,

    Three of you won seats into the Semi but only the other two are registered, which is very odd.

    Think you need to speak to CC.

    If all else fails, & you have lost out for no reason, we can put you in tomorrow (or any other night) but I can't do so tonight unless I can figure out why you were not registered for tonight's Semi.

    Probably use a tournament token which most modern sites have! Maybe we will get them one day!

    It is good to be the only site with a Tikay though!

    Mystery solved.

    @LucaSlaney

    It seems you un-registered so that was why you were not originally in, and then you spoke to CC & they re-registered you.

    As @MattBates alluded, we do things a little different here, but at least you were put back in so it all ended well. Or it would have if you had won your seat. ;)

    Keep trying, & I hope to see you in Brighton next week.
