The mystery mobility scooter driver was spotted pulling a caravan down a road in Rhyl, Denbighshire, north Wales, on Friday night. Casey Hulme, from Prestatyn, said she 'cried with laughter' when she spotted the boy in his 'late teens' casually cruising past a junction towing his unusual load. Her footage shows the electric mobility scooter with a single rope stretching back to the caravan's tow bar. The feet of another person can be seen moving at a leisurely pace on the other side of the caravan as traffic overtakes it.
